Al Finley
The ordering process was excellent but problem resolution of damaged hardware was poorly handled. The purchaser was placed between the delivery agent and Rowe with both pointing fingers at each other. Due to time constraints for our proof of concept, the project continued with a repaired unit for testing which modified locally to support the hardware placed in the $400 enclosure. The 450 units and supporting hardware will not be ordered through this company. Not recommended.
