Edgewater Management is the worst and unprofessional that we have ever encountered. Although their corporate owner, Bozzuto Management spends more energy creating fake marketing buzz, you should not fall into their traps. The place is dirty, noisy (more than loud trains) that is operated by a management (Doreen Trongone-Ciezki and her side-kick Anthony Barone) who would lie to you and make empty promises. Itâs a low income apartment (Ghetto atmosphere) rented at high price to students and other naïve folks. The Building looks nice initially until you look a bit deeper. Please donât be surprise if you step into dog litters and cigarette butts. The "concierge" has no clue what that actually means other than a couple of nice guys (try at 7 AM or 10 PM??).
I have stopped by the office/front desk multiple times to get my apartment fixed with no success (the other Anthony is often MIA) and have also called Doreen multiple times with no luck. Interestingly, Unprofessional Doreen didnât spare a breath to tell how connected she is. Now you wonder how Doreen got promoted and hired her boy âthe managerâ?
You would not get any help from this unprofessional management unless you hire a tenant lawyer. This people cannot be trusted and read your lease agreement before signing anything. This apartment is unsafe, and you should stay hell away from this place if you can!
