I would not sell or buy any of Aggressive Insurance products. The company provide inferior services in the insurance industry. The company pays the claimant an amount significantly below the true repair cost or provide rental car at a rate significantly below the true cost of rental. I have never in my life had a more horrible experience when dealing with an insurance company. It has taken more than a month to finally get in a rental. My car was hit by someone insured by Aggressive. From customer care to the claims representive and adjuster, Agressive is consistent with one thing - not being responsive and not being courteous. I dropped my car off to be repaired and of course, they underpaid the claim and a supplement was needed. Now in this back and forth process, they won't approve new parts for my car and want to use whats called LKQ or used replacements to weld on to my vehicle when Sewell Collission center doesn't even use those parts. I am livid at this point as we are into the second month since my vehicle was hit and I am faced with yet another hurdle in dealing with Aggressive.
