Carmel Muelhausen
I have tried their whole wheat Knot rolls and they are fantastic, but the best thing is that supposedly...and I am going to check this with the company...they are only 50 calories and could hardly believe that. They are lactose free and so delicious toasted in an oven and used for hamburgers or any kind of sandwich for that matter. Recommended for anyone, not only calorie counters, but anyone!
