Tenant Placement: Our agents solely work to find a qualified tenant for our owner's properties. They know that property like it was their own. They advertise and hand show it each and every time the door opens. We make sure it looks good and smells good- in a ready to rent manner! Avg time on the market: only 7 to 21 days. That's awesome! 3. FREE finder service: a tenant finds one of our many online ads, calls and sets up an appointment. From there, they are treated like royalty..they get the works. One of our Licensed Sales Associates meets them there, treats them with the respect that is due, tells them all about the property and then helps them move in..by transferring electric, getting all of the paperwork ready to qualify, transferring keys and usually leaving them with a token thank you gift to seal the deal upon move in day.
