I recently just moved to the area calling the Oneida transit a handful of times all which turned out like crap. The dispatcher is rude , they will not accomadate their riders to as simple as honking their horn. They say to be outside waiting which my daughter did . She waited for a whole hour with"No show" of the bus. I call the Oneida Transit back and again the dispatcher was rude telling me the bus driver called my daughter in as a "No Show" @7:15 am. I explained to her my daughter been outside since 7:00am. So I asked if she could send another bus back, she then declined me services " NO I WILL NOT SEND ANOTHET BUS BACK" I asked to speak with her supervisor which she then stated "Mines not in & the driver is the supervisor of the drivers". Oneida needs to run their system better, accomadate their riders & have respectful customer service who handles the phone.
