Audio Elite Technician: expert, experienced audio service and repair. Authorized McIntosh, Primare and Arcam service center. At Audio Elite we specialize in the service and repair of McIntosh and Primare audio equipment and are an Authorized Service Center for both. Randy Vikan, Audio Elite's owner, has years of experience servicing and repairing both McIntosh, Primare & Arcam equipment. We treat our customers and their equipment with the care and respect they deserve. We take pride in providing the kind of personalized customer service that a big box store service center simply can't. We don't just check it in and run it through. We believe that each piece of equipment that comes to us deserves the best in top quality, personalized handling and service.
