My house sits on a hillside, and is built on a rock shelf...no drainage. We had flooded several times during heavy rainfalls, needing to tear up and replace carpeting, etc.. Chad was recommended and I called him for help. He dug a "swail ditch" around my back yard, installed some other drainage and totally solved the problem. We had flooding in Nashville that made the national news today, but our house is safe and dry. I can not praise Chad highly enough. His work came in at the quoted price, he cleaned up the mess and reseeded where he had dug, and solved an ongoing nightmare. NOT someone whose work I expect to need again, but I can not praise him highly enough. If anyone I know needs any sort of excavation, I always recommend Chad.
