System Enginering of basic electro-optical-mechanical systems to include the component and system T&E. We deduce information from the interaction of optical radiation from light sources (inc. lasers) with gases. Such systems are set up to identify the gases present. We write and evaluate technical proposals submitted to funding agencies, particularly the government. We have decades of experience in system design, small project management and possess a Ph.D in Astro-Geophysics. We also research the family genealogy for customers if they are interesed in lineage societies.
