Worst company I have had to deal with, first they tell me I need a new card because they switched banks then they cancel my current card, then they try to charge me for a replacement card that I never asked for then they tell me I will recieve a new one in ten days and I dont get it, so I call then they tell me they have not sent it out because they need copys of my ID and social security card then they say they need me to resend the ID card all in all I have logged over three hours in hold time before my call is answered then they tell me that they cannot call me back when they recieve my email so I dont have to wait 30 to 40 min for them to answer. I strongly reccomend people find another company to deal with because their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with
