Chef Mark White, owner of Lowcountry Chef, is literally my favorite chef! I have had the advantage of going to many fine restaurants and tasting the food of the most upscale caterers, but none have come close to the food I've eaten from Lowcountry Chef. From his appetizers, to his entrees - shrimp & grits, gumbo, crab cakes, beef tenderloin (the list is endless!), through dessert, I have had nothing that is not out of this world delicious! I buy his dressings and sauces regularly. His blue cheese dressing is better than anything I've tasted. His keen eye for perfection makes him a fabulous caterer. If you hire Chef Mark, you can be assured that you will be given top quality food, designed & presented beautifully in the most professional way. My next event will be for him to come to my home as a personal chef to prepare a dinner party. Chef White, I've come to find out, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in NY and it shows in every detail of his work.
