I recently had an alarm and remote start installed on my truck but wanted to save money. I purchased the equipment online, searched for an installer on Craig's List and, found a guy whom I thought would be competent. Boy, was I wrong! After four attempts of him trying, and each time something else going wrong I decided to go in somewhat of a different direction. Originally, I looked passed Jim on Craig's List because of his posted photos and his list of accolades. The way I had it figured, he would be much more than I was willing to pay. Needless to say I ended up going to Jim and he corrected all of which was wrong, both the known and what was unknown to me. After the mess that was created under my dash and spending four failed 3 hour sessions with and unqualified tech (who actually works in one of the local area audio shop) I have truly learned, "one does get what one pays for". My money was well spent with Jim. The knowledge and professionalism displayed by Jim can't be beat. I am a customer for life.

Jim did a great job putting in a new JVC stereo system in my son's car. He is professional and knowledgable. Would use him again for any car audio job.
