I am a resident living at their Pembroke Park Appartment. The customer service here is extreamly poor. I just waited two hours to speak with a specific representive who ask me to come and speak to him today, only to hear with no regards whatsoever that I need to come back tomorrow. The situation at hand is extreamly urgent as my family's safety is in danger. I will not expound at this moment, but if there is any monitoring of this message by any manegeral personel, please get in touch with the Pembroke Park office, and have them contact me. If I am not attended to i will be taking other steps to reveal to the public all my horrible experiences here. Thank you.
