I really liked my Chicken Rustica crepe! It was a large wrap-style crepe stuffed with chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, mushrooms and brie cheese. They did not skimp out on ingredients, and the result was a filling and satisfying crepe wrap. Love the fact that the crepe itself is made with stone ground wheat, and I think that's part of what made it so filling (and nutritious!). It was also huge. Everything was cooked so well, I just wish they would have left it in the oven a little longer so that the brie could melt a little more. Someone else left a comment complaining about the rind being left on? Seriously, come on, that's the best part! I work in the area, so I will certainly be back to try their other crepes (especially those sweet ones)!
