A Faith based, non-profit organization giving young adults, aging out of the foster care system, the continued support they need to succeed. Our objective is to provide an effective means of serving youth who are aging out of Foster Care by providing a one stop process for various services that are available or services they are in need of . Our plan includes establishment of "Good Works Houses" each containing a Youth Transition Program, Mentorship Program, and Independent Living residential facilities. Because these young adults are in danger of becoming homeless, having a residential facility is an important step toward developing meaningful assistance programs with these at-risk youth. The homes provide a safe living/ study environment with mentorship and community building skills development. We use a comprehensive approach in reaching out to young adults by partnering with other various organizations
