Our objective is to provide an effective means of serving youth who are aging out of Foster Care
by providing a one stop process for various services that are available or services they are in need of .
Our plan includes establishment of "Good Works Houses" each containing a Youth Transition
Program, Mentorship Program, and Independent Living residential facilities. Because these young
adults are in danger of becoming homeless, having a residential facility is an important step toward
developing meaningful assistance programs with these at-risk youth. The homes provide a safe living/
study environment with mentorship and community building skills development. We use a
comprehensive approach in reaching out to young adults by partnering with other various organizations
