I had a very BAD experience with company, bought shower in Jan. 2012 and have yet to use it. Shower never operated. Company does NOT return calls or offer any support to rectify problems. Claims a 10 year warranty but they do NOT stand behind it.. I do NOT recommend this aquajet showers, inc in Somers, NY! BEWARE check them out with BBB, Consumers & the Attorney General

Eddie Farrell i have been calling for weeks now,have sent emails to main office and parts dept but have not received one return call or email from them,showers were difficult to assemble and parts fell apart,cannot get parts because no one returns the calls,i am calling BBB and reporting them
