This business makes it a practice of offering the lowest rates to maintain properties owned by banks who've foreclosed on what are mostly V.A. loan homes. They are able to provide low rates to the banks, by paying their employees less than the going rate for the same work in their area. The personnel turnover is extreme at this company, and the integrity of their business model is suspect. The banks they represent regularly pass these foreclosed properties back and forth between them when they need work. Meanwhile, there is a lot of equity inventory deteriorating while the banks wait for the Fed to pay off these fully-guaranteed V.A. loans. It's a business model that preys on the desperation of those who took out these high-risk loans, and the banks who happily gave them fully knowing they were guaranteed by the Fed. I is unsustainable at this rate, as the loans will be paid off in full in greater number in the coming years, and the opportunity for a company like this to exist will become less attainable.
