Hernandez is unreliable, unprofessional and non-responsive. I had called him for an estimate and then scheduled an appointment for brick repointing services on my home. We had a confirmed day and time for the services. He was a no show for the appointment and did not bother to call to let me know he and his assistant would be late or needed to re-schedule. I took time off from work and consider this type of behavior unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company as I did. Go to a business that believes in customer service and respect!
