Do NOT work with The Repair Squad here in Delaware. They started work and then stopped showing up. Months and months we got excuses or they would show up for 5 minutes and then leave. Weeks would go buy and we would have to reach out to the owner, Wayne, for an update. We had to reach out for anything to happen. After several months of this, we finally decided to cut ties and asked for a very reasonable amount of money back so we could finish the job and fix the window leak. It took another month for him to even look at our file. He made promises he didn't keep. Of course we paid in full. He stopped replying regarding the partial refund and I've decided to just make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm a business owner myself and I would never treat a client this way.
