More like Floors Done WRONG! Made promises up front that he was unable to keep. Promised to have my carpets removed, new floors installed, and baseboards installed and out of my house within four days â it took FOURTEEN days! The two installers that he brought into my house were unprofessional. The job is just âokâ. I finally gave in and just let him leave even though Iâm not satisfied â after paying over $5K! My children couldnât stay in the house for a week because of the dust (YES, they were cutting INSIDE my house) and my kids have asthma â does his site really say they are 95% dust free??? They only worked 2-4 hours a day (no wonder they couldnât get done on time!). They promised to put things back the way they found them (thatâs a joke) â I have more damage to my house than when they came in. TOTALLY unprofessional. Randy even threatened to walk off the job after day 5 because apparently my expectations are too high! The whole company (Randy Jefferson) is a JOKE!!!!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I have always tried to help out the small companies â both my father and father in law own one â but now because of Randy not only will I hire large companies for work â I will prefer they have immigrant workers (that work 10-12 hours a day â not just 2-4 hours a day like Randy and his crew â WTH???)

I had a very good experience with floors done right in November 2014 I had three floors refinished and a hardwood floor install in my family room very good workmanship. due to bad weather they were a few days late .overall a good job.

Horrible experience. The owner of the company, Randy Jefferson, is cheap, unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. I've on multiple occasions overheard him cursing out employees even going as far as making fun of their disabilities. He talks horrible about all of his customers behind their back (sometimes while they are just feet away). He currently has 2 employees, both with disabilities, and openly insults them for their disabilities. He shouldn't be able to continue to work and treat his employees and customers with outright disrespect.
