I am NOT recommending at ALL. This Guy Kelly has done a TERRIBLE job on the front of my house and REFUSES to answer me any longer on paying me the rest of the money he owes me., He ignores my calls, emails and texts. I am now in my 8th month of dealing with this guy and the CASH I gave him to do the job I was proud to have done on my home has become a NIGHTMARE!!!! He still owes me money after our initial agreement was he would redo it and FAILED that as well by blowing it off and making it his least priority... he has given me a LITTLE money back thus far ( i had to chase after it with a time limit because he has no balls) and IGNORES me and others for what we DESERVE.... If you want pictures of his "WORK", let me know! Oh yeah and he ruined our driveway too by allowing huge heavy trucks on it after he said he wouldn't.... (I have cameras on my home proving it and his words in writing that he would NEVER let that happen) BULL CRAP THIS GUY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!
