Here's the short story -- Neka shot our wedding, lost our wedding photos, ghosted us, and did not return any of our money. More details -- she was unprofessional at our wedding, we weren't satisfied with the teaser photos she did send, after months of not getting the rest of our pics we reached out and were ghosted until I commented on her social media. She led us on that maybe our photos would be recovered for weeks, then ghosted when they weren't. Her story is that her equipment was stolen, but the fact of the matter is that we should've gotten our photos before that happened, they should've been backed up to the cloud, and she should've had insurance in case of anything unforeseeable. She did none of that. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you find a different photographer.
