LOVE U MRS JACKIE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

If I could give JM Unlimited Tax Services zero stars, I would! Not only do they completely overcharge you ($400 for a very simple electronic filing) but the owner (Miss Jackie) and her people constantly drop the ball. If you have any questions don't expect to get them answered over the phone. The people that answer the phone leave you on hold for long amounts of time. None of Miss Jackie's employees return phone calls, even after several calls in one day. The one time we received a phone call it was from the owner herself at 11pm! She was argumentative and threatened to SUE us for defamation of character if we wrote a bad review for her business. After trying to smooth thing over, she promised to have our return printed out and waiting for us to pick up 2 days later. When we went to pick up the return their system was down (this seems to happen ALL THE TIME and is their go to excuse for everything). When my husband asked to see Miss Jackie she allowed him into her office but had a security guard standing watch. She got defensive and told my husband she was done speaking. Then security guard told him he had to leave, and escorted him out of the building. We will NEVER use JM Unlimited Tax Services again!

STAY THE HECK AWAY. My parents came to Jackie after a family member recommended her services for getting her a very large refund. It seemed too good to be true but reality set in when my parents were audited for education credits. 50 year olds with education credits, where was the red flag? I don't know what kind of software they are using and the "staff" is very novice when it comes to preparing a return that will almost guarantee mistakes. There were groups of others at the office week after week my parents went to discuss the error on their returns, but without fail Jackie managed to dodge appointments and questions. There has to be something unethical going on when several clients are complaining about being audited and the owner feels the need to hire a body guard to intimidate clients who come in asking questions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, stay away from these crooks. Go to a real tax professional or use tax software to prepare it yourself, you are better off either way and you will save the $400 bucks these crooks charge.
