Worst experience ever !! This place is run by an arrogant manager (Adam) who seems to think they have a monopoly on the local ATV market. Don't take your new broken Polaris to this dealership for repair unless you have 2 -3 weeks to spare. They have an outdated system where simple adjustments/repairs are treated the same as major repairs. Talk to them and they will explain that you didn't buy a Porsche, just an ATV !! Unbelievable arrogance on full display here. Buy elsewhere and don't buy a Polaris because they are not as reliable as other brands. Beware of Adam he is the major problem.... Update: Within an hour of being turned away from Broadway PS I was on my way to RideNow Powersports Forney, TX where the Sales Manger told me to come ASAP and a technician will be standing by. Sure enough the Service Manager was waiting and said he knew what the problem based on what I reported. He was right !! I had a fouled spark plug which is very common on Polaris Sportsmen ATV's. He fixed the problem and I was on my way back to Tyler in under 30 minutes. The drive is well worth the service you get there...you see they have competition over there and understand that every customer matters. They mentioned that lot's of people around Tyler dealing with Broadway have complained about the service Department. They welcome your business.
