Horrible experience!!!!! Please beware of this man. This is his job of scamming people, threatens people for more money. After not showing up for months he cam and threatened me for more money. I can not recommend Bobby Garcia to anyone. Bobby required wire transfers to his Wells Fargo bank account. Not always easy to find a local Wells Fargo Bank.
So, I did and guess what? My wife and I were left with an unfishished electrical job. That was after he botched our job. Wrong holes cut into exterior of home, meter box hung too high (not code), off center fixtures, cut into decor ceiling beams and exposed electric boxes in ceiling.
