Winston with Caretaker Services has been pressure washing on the Grand Strand for years. Caretaker power washed three tri-level dormatories in Garden City last year. The work was completed on-time. Everything was sufficiently cleaned. He even took the initiative to apply a rust removal cleaner. His written proposal was clearly defined. I knew exactly what work was going to be done before we started the job. He also performed a soft wash on 27 raised houses in Litchfield Beach.
