Had a real bad engine noise, Hat Rack only needed to listen to it for a moment before properly diagnosing the problem. I was prepared to spend for a new engine assy. He had the repair completed and several recall items corrected before lunch. Also paid far less than the Dealer would have charged ( would have been easy to fabricate any number of more expensive diags ). He has my attention and respect.
