We're Tomkat Properties, LLC established in 2002. We offer contemporary clean 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes located just off Beltline/Hwy. 36 and Westmead Dr. in Decatur, AL. We also have 640 sq. ft. one bedroom all-inclusive apartments with fully equipped Kitchens, in-unit Laundry, 32" flat screen HDTV with cable and HBO, along with wireless high speed Internet. We rent these from weekly to yearly with no lease required.
