Do not hire will hit vehicles and damage them then get super defensive and angry when confronted

Do NOT hire this guy. Phil took our money to put in a yard and irrigation system. Tons of problems and delays. Irrigation system wasn't done right, large patches of the yard didn't come in, and a lot of drainage issues. Managed to cut our cable line twice which we still have problems with. Kept saying he would come fix everything. After months of waiting he's now refusing to do anything. Phil does not stand by his work. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy.
