Mr. Smith signed a contract with me not to use sub contractors knowing he was going to use a sub contractor. My roof was only leaking in one place before he replaced the roof. Now there is a new leak after every rain in places that never leaked before. A total of 3 new leaks so far. Mr. Smith blames the slant of my roof as the cause of the leaks. He patched the first vent and I haven't seen him since. I've talked with several reputable roofing companies and they say a new roof should not leak like that.
