This HOA does not notify their owners of any election or board meetings by mail. The Board is all over the age of 60 and doesn't want younger people to have any say in the HOA. I know because I live here and am a member of the HOA but never receive anything for meetings and the President does not answer complaints. Stay far away from this place.
