***** Five Stars. My poor laptop had a boo boo. I took it to a computer repair shop that was close to my work and they quoted me lots of $$$$ and they didn't know if they could fix it. I love my computer but I don't like wasting money. I continued my search and found ClickAway on Yelp. I don't know anything about computers but these guys do. I took it to the shop and they gave me an estimate that was 1/2 of what the other shop quoted me. ClickAway ordered the part and returned my computer to my lap in less than one week. The best part is that they were able to get the part at a better price and passed the savings on to me. I admire their honesty and professionalism. They could have pocketed that savings. The process was quick and easy. My laptop is as good as new. In the past I've been on the verge of tears when I've encountered a computer problem; now I have a friend in the IT business called Click Away. Highly recommend.

I have used the services of Click Away for half a dozen years and will happily continue to do so for years to come. From buying new equipment, to transferring files from old system to new, to recovering lost data on crashed systems, Click Away is my go-to resource for IT / computer services. As the owner of a small business, having my computer systems working at full speed is critical, and Click Away helps to make sure that happens. Also being able to respond to both my PC and Apple systems from one service vendor is a huge perk to me. I've used other big*box computer repair services, and they have always left me not quite whole. I know that the staff at Click Away will go above and beyond to make sure I am set up right and working at full capacity. The which for me and my business is priceless.

I'm an old school person who did my Master's degree on a manual typewriter, and I taught special needs kids. I generally have very good experiences with ClickAway, especially with trying to keep my older laptops working.
Recently, I had the most wonderful customer service and Milano was above and beyond just fixing my computer. He gave me clues as how to save what I could and saved me a lot of stress. He's professional AND educational at my level, - can't keep up with technology and especially with all the hacking, malware, etc., - the company on a whole is great, but Milano was premier on his knowledge and personal relations. A+++ I'll go back anytime and highly recommend.
