Engineering Services for the thermal processing industry in North Texas and surrounding states. We offer engineering and project management for the design of new equipment, refitting of used equipment for a new task or upgrading of existing equipment to gain reliability and efficiency. We also do equipment assessment as it applies to a new application. we can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical control or refractory problems and complete repairs on existing equipment. We have fifteen years experience with a wide range of equipment including rotary calciners, tunnel kilns, shuttle ovens, melter/holders, pit furnaces, carbottom furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, vacuum furnaces, tempering ovens, batch ovens, cupolas, thermal oxidizers, carburizers, annealing ovens, normalizers, salt baths and quench tanks.
