This man is a joke. He was referred to us by my husband's niece. He picked up our 2010 taxes in Nov 2011 to review & do amended return. we never heard from him again. we tried emailing him, calling him, etc. he would not return our calls or our emails. he kept telling our niece that they were done & he was mailing them to us. well, today 2/3/12 my husband went to his office physically & retrieved our taxes. Craig had never even touched them. they were stuck in a box in his office. which my husband said looks like a garbage dump. he would not even come out to lobby to meet my husband when he heard my husband ask for him. He is not professional at all. to ignore a client's emails, calls, texts etc for well over 3 months is ridiculous. even his secretary told my husband he was an as-----.. when she was trying to find our taxes in the many boxes strewn all over the place. I tried contacting him thru the CPA association in Md, but they had no record of him at all. we are filing a formal complaint with the Md state dept of accting licenses. as well as we contacted a lawyer. This man is not reputable at all. he is not professional. We gave him many chances to return our taxes, our calls, our emails, & he never did any of it. He ignored us totally. for over 3 months, and refused to give our taxes back, til my husband had to physically go to his office. I would not recommend this man to anyone.
