Absolutely HORRIBLE company! Do not EVER do business with this company. Steve and Wendy lack any and all customer service skills. They are rude and disrespectful to their customers. They book their installers on too many jobs at one time, which delays what they promise to be a 2 day job to be an 8 day job. When I called to find out when they would finish the job, both Steve & Wendy are rude saying the job will get done when it gets done. Wendy goes as far as to yell on the phone saying to quit calling or she'll charge more. Don't believe any reviews you read on their Facebook site, their left by family members. Steve measures incorrectly & then doesn't have enough product for the job causing my home to remain torn up for nearly a month. No follow up calls are made, no discounts offered for their errors, and they don't stand by their prices. Very shady business practices. Stay away from this company!
