Company President, Zach Baldridge, takes great pride in designing no two houses alike, in giving clients a home that is truly their own, an expression of their family. Every home he builds is a work of art. All home exteriors are carefully designed with an artistic eye. Each home interior is designed individually to meet customers' desires. Some unique areas he has built into homes include a greenhouse, a mushroom growing area, libraries, reading loft above second floor for views, art room for painting and drawing, and sleeping loft for child's room, children's secret hideouts. Other custom features include one-of-a-kind exterior and interior doors, trim boards, crown moulding, cabinets, steps and railings, and even door hinges which can be created in the True Custom Inc. workshop.

In 2001, Smoky Hollow Construction, Inc. was created out of the need for professional manufactured housing installers in Central Virginia. Randy Gallagher (president) had over 10 years of construction experience and was in the industry coordinating all essential aspects of the "home experience"; site surveys and development, land clearing, footers and basements, home set-up and beyond. Consistently he found most installers unable to provide upfront pricing, quality workmanship, and keep realistic time tables. He felt that every customer, no matter how large or small the project, deserved a quality job, at a fair rate, performed in a timely manner. With those principles in mind, he started his own company that has enabled him to provide customers peace of mind during their home installation
