Portland Marketing + Analytics provides economic modeling, marketing research, and consumer insights to the marketing and customer service industry. Portland Marketing + Analytics (PortMA) is a consultancy focused on providing economic modeling, marketing research, and consumer insights to business professionals working in the marketing and customer service industries. I'm currently working with marketing, customer service, and brand executives who tell me they're frustrated with projecting return-on-investment, struggling with measuring and reporting impact on business initiatives, or trying to determine what drives customer satisfaction and loyalty. I specialize in economic and statistical modeling, quantitative and qualitative research, and customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives. I am currently available for independent paid engagements.
