In August 2011, I went in to Kikes Auto Sounds because they also carried expensive custom wheels and tires. I spent $1300 on custom wheels that had small decorative caps on the outer edge. After the the tires were mounted to the wheels I pointed out that the decorative caps had been dented and scratched during the mounting process on all 4 wheels. Having done tires for over 20 years myself, I explained that there were precautions that should have been taken not to damage the custom wheels. The owner told me to come back in 2 weeks repeatedly over the next 3 months, telling me that he had ordered "replacement" caps for the wheels (in my experience with Les Schwab, I knew that this was not possible and that the wheels needed replacement which I told him). I went to the shop every 2 weeks to see if the "replacement" caps were in and in December 2011 I was told that Kike was not longer the owner and that the new owner would not take any responsibility for the damage Kike did to my now worthless $1300 wheels. So I would like to warn Kikes customers that if they purchase something from him, have it installed somewhere else by a reputable establishment who will stand behind their work. Kike destroyed $1300 worth of my property and then lied about not owning his business to get me to stop bugging him.
