I purchased two Bravo machines from this company please beware I was taken for $1500.00. They charge 750.00 to come to your place and give you instsructions on how to use the machine. We opted not to have them come and were promised the 750.00 back on each machine well it has almost been a year with numerous phone calls that were avoided and not answered. I am a small business and that money that they have of mine really hurts. Mike promised the check was in the mail. That never came. We were also told they were not allowed to offer that option from the head company which they were no help as well. I was really taken. Never again.
