Very poor, interaction skills with customers. Not professional and lacking in knowledge of products. I had placed an order from the governors location and after a two week period of not receiving the item I had to cancel the order. Not aware that I was in the governors location, a sales rep #1 was talking about me to another sales rep #2. I asked the same sales rep. #1 mentioned above, information comparing two items on display. The sales rep. stated " Did not know the difference in the two products".
