TPO, Thermoplastic Olefin, roofing systems combine both polypropylene (plastic) and ethylene-propylene (rubber) implementation of state-of-the-art light stabilizer polymer formulation manufacturing technology. This industry leading roofing membrane system has unwavering, hardwearing and an energy efficient proven performance track record. TPO combines installation adaptability across numerous variations of existing and new construction substrates, while remaining distinctly cost effective and with the compacity to furnish extensive warranties. TPO is obtainable across an array of colors for perceivably palatable installations. EPDM, ethylene propylene diene terpolymer, is a tested and proven substantially enduring synthetic rubber roofing membrane. EPDM is available in black or an energy conscience white. Implementation of pre-molded corners, molded pipe seal boots with butyl adhesive installed on all roof pipes and penetrations. Field and perimeter seams combine installation of compression in-seam tape, cured and uncured cover tape over all field seams and T-joint intersections. Application of solvent-based adhesives prime EPDM membrane by chemically etching the rubber membrane ensuring proper attachment to Butyl’s adhesive while adding redundancies and reinforcing field seams. EPDM warranty durations are competitive with TPO. Apaxx, Incorporated conducts a thorough roof inspection and portfolio report addressing all critical areas of the roof. Recommendations for repairs, a roof replacement, and/or a preventative maintenance program to prolong the life of your existing roof are provided, based on the inspection.
