This companies practices of holding your vehicle by eliminating the facts on processes that need to be completed should be illegal. They omitted to inform me that they surrendered my plates so when i went to "set"an appointment to pick up my vehicle i could not! Clearly this is only to boost the cost of "housing" my car by yet another day even though the loan was already paid in full. They are deceptive to say the very least and once i get my car back the attorney general is my next stop!!
