Purchased in 1990 by Ed and Nicki Nix the company started out with around 18 employees and about the same number of accounts. From 1992 until 1995 ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln was housed in a rented space, at 26th & Randolph, which was too small after 3 years. By then, they employed more than 100 people and served more than 70 customers. In July 1995, the business was moved to 2626 'O' Street, and Ed and Nicki purchased the building in January 1996.
