Somewhere n the past I remember the ideal, that One can judge someones 'professionalism' etc in the way they handle the Extraordinary or Big Problems.... This Place "extreme automotive" proves that point.. I don't have your mom n' pop Chevrolet, acquaintance gave me their card, saying they treat his BMW 3 series well. I took my Porsche in for a R&R of the balance shaft belts 5.. yes FIVE weeks ago. n those weeks I had only gotten one call from them, and that was only after I called a few days prior demanding some explanations.. OO we're sorry It won't be done for another week.. well that week has come and gone.. I have called and called.. finally I tracked down the dealers the few parts were ordered [which I believe were not ordered till week number 2 or 3] to get some answers [Yeap I called every DC area Porsche dealer] the shop, had they been on top of things and been making calls when parts weren't arriving, would have found that after grilling the Parts Guy.. the part was not available... week number 4 in a "conversation" I left implicit instructions that I would find any parts they were having problems getting.. Tue 01.03.2012 I again had to get to the bottom of why parts were not arriving,, and subsequently paid 28 dollars more to have parts express mailed in because they can not exercise professional Stewardship of a vehicle and their responsibility to due it timely.. If your in the Martinsburg area and have a not so average car.. Please Do Yourself and your sanity a f
