Martinsville Guesthouses provides affordable temporary furnished lodging options for professionals, students, visitors & travelers in historic uptown. The Church Street Guesthouse and the Fishel Cottage are conveniently located in the Historic District of Uptown Martinsville. We are pet friendly, environmentally friendly, and people friendly. Overnight accomodations are under $75 dollars per night, and long term visits costing as little as $25 may be negotiated. We do not require a damage deposit or lease agreement. Amenities include laundry privileges, WiFi access 24/7, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, free local calls, and all utitlies costs. Tenants have included tourists, relatives visiting local family members, college students working internships; individuals who have become recently employed and have not yet found a home; NASCAR race fans, and corporate professionals who return regularly to our region.
