This company is nothing more than a PO box and a cell phone. Rocky Shaw is a convicted felon who scams sub-contractors into doing work and never pays them after the work is done and he has collected payment for it from the client. Steer clear of this guy and Quest Environmental. He was convicted in 2004 of Federal Mail Fraud and sentenced to 18 months in Federal Prison, where he was scamming owners of VA and HUD houses to turn the property over to him where he offered no qualifying loans to buyers who he collected house payments from and never put toward the purchase of the house and these folks lost their houses. I guess he just hasn't learned his lesson. Hopefully, somebody will read this post and not fall victim to his scams.
