Engineering firm for residential and small to medium commercial construction projects. I provide full custom home design, as well. Give me a call! I practice engineering design for residential and small to medium commercial construction projects. I engineer the structure, the mechanical systems (including the plumbing and HVAC systems), and the electrical system of the buildings I design. This single source concept is very beneficial to the client because all potential conflicts between the systems are addressed in the initial design. This provides the client with a set of drawings witch will allow for the smooth construction of the building. I also perform permanent foundation certification for manufactured homes. This is required when the buyer is financing the home using FHA financing.
