Franks bid was competitive, he returned all my calls and answered all my questions promptly, he scheduled my install for a Monday, showed up over the weekend to prep the job site and walk through the plan with me to make sure it was done right. By the end of the week the job was done, it was done exactly as I asked for, and worked perfect the first time. Once the work was done he cleaned the job site and left my yard in pristine condition. I found Frank to be honest, polite, hard working (HE SHOWED UP AFTER A RAIN STORM AND FINISHED THE JOB OUT IN THE COLD WET WEATHER ON A FRIDAY EVENING ON HIS OWN ACCORD) and great at customer communications.
