I was fortunate enough to live in Omaha, Ne. and was traveling through Lincoln. Made contact with the owner of the company and met him at the warehouse. What a nice guy, we had a few things in common and were able to talk like we had known each other for years. I purchased the turboforce3000 meat grinder, was skeptical at first, however he plugged the machine in before he gave it to me, to show me that it worked fine. I got it home and tried it that weekend. My son and I first ground some pork and then beef for hamburger, we followed the instructions, got the meat almost frozen yet a little pliable, we kept cutting pieces bigger and bigger to see if we could bog it down, the motor would a little however it kept going and did a great job of grinding the meat. I was really, really impressed with the little machine. one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Thank you very much.
